Classes are scheduled on a first come, first served basis as there is limited space available.
Students are expected to wear proper sailing attire, non-marking shoes, and a PFD (USCG Approved Life Jacket). This course is hands-on with more time spent on the water and less time spent in the classroom. It is expected that you read over the US Sailing Keelboat book before coming to class and we will hit different points of the book throughout the weekend. Once you register for your Level I class, the Sailing Director will get you your own US Sailing Basic Keelboat book. If you would like another copy or to see other US Sailing books, click here.
